SkyRise Prefab Structural Wall Panels feature integrated hot rolled steel members allowing us to panelize complete building structures up to 18 storeys in height!
Exterior sub sheathing options such as Securock (by CGC), DensGlass (by Georgia-Pacific), CodeBord (by Owens Corning), OSB, etc...
Wall panels can also include factory installed air barriers, moisture membranes, saftey rails at openings, brick ties, vertical strapping for siding, poly over openings for winter construction, etc...
Interior load bearing partition wall panels are typically unsheathed, with integrated shear elements, along with floor/floor concrete thru-bolt sleeving, uplift anchors, structural lintels, etc... Hundreds of fire and sound rated assemblies available in both single and double demising wall configurations.
Prefabricated CFS Wall Panels provide straighter corridors, longer spans, and complete design freedom without the constraints and limitations of cast-in-place concrete, masonry, and wood frame structures. This means easier access and finshing for all subsequent trades.
Prefabricated CFS Wall Panels erect quickly and easily, and require fewer tradesmen on your jobsite. Measuring and cutting is reduced dramatically along with errors associated with conventional building methods. Scrap and debris is minimized, resulting in a cleaner and safer work environment.
